Jen Hays sent in the following report from the Boys' Soccer team's match against Ross on Saturday, October 19th.
The Wyoming Men’s Varsity Soccer team advanced on to the third round of play in the tourney by beating Ross High School on Saturday. The Cowboys saw goals from Toby Varland on a penalty kick. Nolan Prevish scored a header off a beautiful cross. And Ryan Derge had a looonngg lingering shot into the back of the net! The guys played hard, things got aggressive, Ross did manage to get one in, but Wyoming came out the winners in the end with a final score of Wyoming 3 – Ross 1.
Then next game is Tuesday, October 22nd against McNicholas High School at 7:00 pm played at MADEIRA HIGH SCHOOL. This should be a good game. Come on out and root on the guys!!
