Sports Physicals

The above information is for student athlete physicals in July.  Please plan to attend the event at Summit Woods on 7/23 if at all possible 

(500 E Business Way, Sharonville, Ohio 45241, 

Saturday, July 23rd, 8:00am-11:00am.  

If you are unable to attend the event on 7/23 you are welcome to attend any of the other locations.  

Make sure you have a 16-17 OHSAA physical form for your visit. 

We will still use Final Forms next year.

Forms will be updated for registration for 16-17 on June 1st. 

The Executive Physical

Presidential hopeful, and tiptop trainer, James Muncy, reminds us that physicals for the 2015-2016 seasons will be offered at Tri-Health Pavilion on July 25th from 8am to 11am for a paltry $20 with half the cost going back to Wyoming.

Sports physicals for the 2015-2016 seasons will be offered at the TriHealth Pavilion on July 25th from 8-11am.  The cost will be $20 with half going back to Wyoming.

Let's Get Physicals

Wyoming will offer physicals to student athletes on May 2nd from 12-2 in the high school gym.  Cost is $15. This is an opportunity for students who plan to participate in athletics at WHS and WMS to get the OHSAA required physical taken care of for only $15!

Have you seen all the letters after James Muncy's name?  It's either some kind of teenage text-lish explosion or he is super-qualified.  He passed the word that Athletic Physicals will be once again offered in the high school gym on Saturday May 31st from 10a-12p.  Cost will be $15 payable by cash or check.

The Early Bird Gets the Tri-Health Physical

The following just came across the news desk here and will be a bonus for those of you who wake up and check the Round-Up even before your first coffee or Mountain Dew (depending on your generation).

Tri-Health is offering $20 physicals at the Tri-Health Pavilion in Blue Ash tomorrow, Saturday July 20th from 8AM to 11AM.  No insurance co-pays will be accepted.  The physicals are for students from grades 7-12 and half of the cost will come back to the school.

All Sports Physicals for the upcoming 2013-2014 school year will be offered at the Wyoming High School on from 10 -12 on Saturday, May 18th for the low, low price of $15.  Stop by and see James Muncy in the Athletic Training Room to pick up a form, or download it HERE.

Here is one last bit of breaking news from Athletic Trainer James Muncy:

Page one of the physical MUST be completed and signed by the parent/guardian or the physical will not be completed. This is a request from the doctors that will be performing the physicals on Saturday.
