Pinned Up Pictures

Kim Boyd snapped up a ton of action at the Division II Wrestling Sectional Tournament that was held on Feb. 14 & 15, 2014 at Western Brown.  My recent technical difficulties slowed down the publishing of them.  To refresh your memory, below is the report from Coach Pitman.

Gerry's 400th

Funny, he doesn't look a day over 40.  Arch Cunningham sent us a picture of the team celebrating his 400th W.

Stofko's Stalwart Shooters

Kara Pendery sent us a report from the 7th grade Boys' Basketball team.

They finished their season 14-1.  They lost a nail biter in overtime to Madeira.  Their first tournament game is Wednesday February 19th 5:30PM at Wyoming High School.  They will be playing Reading.

If we win on Wednesday then the second game will be at 7:00 against the winner of Indian Hill vs. Mariemont and if we lose Wednesday then the game will played at 8:15. Let's go ahead and plan on them playing at 7:00 :)
Maybe report wasn't the best word to use.  Let's call it more of a call to action.  Let's turn out like the die-hards below to support out future high school superstars at Wednesday's game against Reading at the High School.
Thanks to Kara Pendery for the report and the pictures.

Jump In, The Water's Fine

The Navy sailor in the green 2010 Cowboy Cross Country T-Shirt is Wyoming alumna, Brett Miller ('12).  She was a high school diver in her day but I'm not so sure jumping into freezing cold Lake Michigan is really the same thing.

No, you're not going crazy.  Well I guess I can't really say that for certain, but in this instance, you're right. You have read this before. I somehow got the pictures to post, so I thought I'd put them in context with the full report.
Thanks to the Dukes for the pictures, and
Thanks again to Valerie Barrett for the report.
