Down by Olentangy Liberty

On Tuesday night, the Wyoming HS Girl's Varsity Lax squad hosted Division 1 Olentangy Liberty HS from Columbus.   The Cowboys had a rough first half, but put a 3-0 run together in the last two minutes of the first half to trail 5-11.  Despite the first half, the second half saw the Cowboys in offensive form, but fell short in the end 12-19.  Goals were lead by Adi Smith with 5, followed by Maggie Hughes (3), Reilly Simmons (2), Marielle Smith (1), and Olivia Cunningham (1).  Emma Komrska lead Draw Controls with 4 followed by Haley Stewart (3).  Goalie Claire Mellott finished with 6 recorded saves..

The Cowboys host Indian Hill HS at the Wyoming Youth Lax Night on Thursday night, JV game begins at 6:00 and the Varsity game begins at 7:15.
