Coach White and the Jackrabbits wrapped up regular season play on Sunday, May 11th.
Wyoming’s Jackrabbits Ultimate club returned to the win column in strong fashion Sunday, overwhelming Roger Bacon 15-3. Senior Sam White, playing his final regular season game as the club’s first ever five-year player, had a career-high five scoring throws and three goals caught. Senior Gus Volan had a career-high three goals caught, and fellow senior Alex Kellner had four. Senior Chloe Halsted had the best game of her career as well, consistently getting open for mid-range passes. Junior Tim Fitch and sophomore Joe White each accounted for five scores. The Jackrabbits upped their record to 5-3, and head to the year-end, 16-team tournament this weekend as the defending champion.
The Reserve dropped a 5-15 decision to Taylor’s varsity, Sophomore Max Brady caught four of the five goals, and threw for the other, while fellow sophomore Quinn Wolfer had three scoring tosses.
