Coach Randy Nocks invites incoming 7th and 8th graders interested in Cross Country and/or Summer fun runs to contact him [rnocks@gmail.com] to be put on the distribution list.  Signing up does not equate to committing to run Cross Country in the Fall but will allow you to receive information about the summer fun runs and cross country team.
