Baseball downs Mariemont

The baseball team opened CHL play yesterday with a 12-2 win at Mariemont.  Joe Panos picked up the win, along with seven K's (note to Mrs. Roundup: that's how many batters Joe struck out). 

Offensive leaders included Ryan Bundy, who went 3-4, Evan Aleshire who was 2-3, Adam Chalmers who was 3-3, and Adam Crider who was 2-4. 

The win brings the team's record to 2-3 on the season.  (Do I need to say they're 1-0 in the CHL?)

Next up: home opener this afternoon at 4:30 vs. McNick.
