I didn't get any "Comments", but I did get a couple of emails.  First in was WHS Swim Coach supreme, David Elliot.  Actually, we should have all been disappointed if he wasn't first.

 

Dear readers,

That is the 1992 Wyoming Cowboys Went on to the State Playoffs, and lost a heart breaker to C.A.P.E. 9-7 . C.A.P.E. went on to win the State Title that year. What could of been ?? #4 there was a pretty good player for us , AHMED PLUMMER of OSU & 49ers fame !! Thanks for posting, great picture !! Much Love to all my former teammates !!

So if you're having trouble finding him, David is in the third row from the back, second from the left.  And if you're having trouble squinting at the little picture.  Below is a better picture the Fabulous 57.

 

"Vermontdad" (no that's not the guy to the right of David here) also gave it a shot.  He was 1 minute behind David with his response, and 1 year too late with his guess.  He was just a little long with his guess of  '93.
