I recently asked for more alumni news, and I was richly rewarded. I received an update on Ian Kadish ('07). He pitched last season for the Toronto Blue Jays organization. He started the season with the Vancouver Canadians and then got promoted to the Lansing Lugnuts. Below is a Bleacher Report about his time in Vancouver. At Lansing, one of the highlights was getting the win in a game here against the Dayton Dragons. He was then rewarded with an invitation to Instructionals in Florida, and then on to Arizona Fall League, a high profile league made up of highly rated prospects where each MLB team can only send eight prospects. Ian was selected as one of the eight by Toronto. He is heading to spring training in February and waiting to see where he will start out this season.
