Come celebrate the 2012 Wyoming Citizens of the Year: Former Booster President and all-around great guy, Tom Horn and several other well deserving people. Everyone is invited to this special presentation, followed by a short reception, on Tuesday, Jan. 29, at 7:30 pm in the Pendery Arts Center of Wyoming High School.
As an example of his character, Tom is seen here feeding starving children.
Ever so modest, Tom has had to shoo away the paparazzi ever since the announcement.
