Be careful what you ask for

We've requested that the coaches of the various sports provide us updates on their teams.  They already send results and stats to a number of different places so we understand that adding yet another is a big ask.  But you have to be careful when you get information from a coach who also happens to be.........a math teacher.  Coach Ultan Killean sent me a spreadsheet.  I have been able to categorically determine one thing - that the team is made up of Liz Williams, Rosie Levy, Carly Heuer, Molly Holthus, Becca Lampe, Meg Decker, Mary Jane Fischer, Catherine Elsaesser, Grace Brown, Kelsey Cramer, Erica Stonehill & Emily Hughes. 

The rest of this may be accurate or it may be Coach Killean's attempt to solve the Riemann Hypothesis (having to do with the distribution of prime numbers). 

OK - I just googled "unsolved math problems".

Anyway, the team is 5-10 on the season.  Liz Williams has been medalist during five of those matches.  In the last three outings she has shot 45-43-46.  Liz leads the team with a 47.75 average, followed by Rosie Levy with a 52.85 and Carly Heuer with a 55.70.

Sectionals are September 29th at Fairfield and Coach Killean feels that we have a reasonable chance at advancing.

Next up: this afternoon at 4 PM vs. William Henry Harrison High School (at Miami Whitewater)
