Wyoming Wraps Up Warriors

Wednesday, September 9th, the Middle School Volleyball teams were in action here at home against Mariemont.

Coach Fulton reported for the 7th grade team.

The Wyoming 7th Grade Volleyball Team won against Mariemont in two matches 25-14 and 25-12.
We are 3-1. Come support our WMS volleyball teams Thursday September 10 at 4:30 pm and 5:30pm.

Okay so it's already past the 10th.  Don't worry, we'll have some great news to share from the match.  You can, however, make plans to get out of work early on Monday, September 14th to follow the team to Finneytown and make sure these 7th graders get used to playing in front of bleachers filled with cheering Cowboys fans.

Coach Vanderpool reported for his 8th Grade team.

Wyoming defeated Mariemont Junior High 25-12 and 25-11 on Wednesday evening. The team made some significant strides with improving communication and player movement in this match. #32 OH/DS Alex Richards led the team by being the voice of the back row that everybody "in the stands" could hear, in addition to having great control on an aggressive serve. Wyoming's 8th Grade Volleyball record is now 3-1 on the season while winning 7 of the 9 sets they have played this season.
