The WHS Boys Golf Team pulled out a pressure packed victory this afternoon in a big CHL showdown match versus Indian Hill, winning by a score of 161 - 170. Senior Sam Marty turned in one of the most clutch performances of his career with a 2 under par 34 to lead the Cowboys. Junior Cooper Hausfeld posted a 41, Junior Jack Fischer shot a very solid 42 and senior Brendan Madden rounded out the Cowboys team score with a 44. The Cowboys are now 4 – 4 overall and 3 – 0 in the CHL (tied with Madeira for first place). The tie will be broken on Tuesday 9/9 when the Cowboys take on Madeira and Finneytown in a tri-match @ Wyoming Golf Club.
