Beavercreek Dammed Up

The Girl's Lacrosse team hosted Beavercreek HS Thursday night in the varsity squad's regular season finale.  After recognition to team's seniors, center Olivia Cunningham, attacker Maggie Hughes, high defender Emma Komrska, high defender Grace Schneider, low defender Carly Schlager, attacker Adi Smith, and midfielder Emily Wadds, the Cowboys went to work and came away with their 11th win of season, final score 12 to 1.   Goals were lead by Maggie Hughes and Adi Smith with 2 each, followed by Olivia Cunningham (1), Elizabeth Hughes (1), Grace Schneider (1), Marielle Smith (1), Lindsay Stewart (1), Emma Komrska (1), Reilly Simmons (1), and Emily Wadds (1).   Assists were lead by Adi and Marielle Smith with 3 each, followed by Olivia Cunningham (1), and Emily Wadds (1).

The Varsity closes their regular season with a 11 W - 5 L record.    The Cowboys host Miami Valley School on Monday, May 11 at 6pm in the first round of the State Playoffs.

The JV closes their regular season Saturday, May 9, with an Away game with the Dayton Lax Club/Bellbrook at 4pm at Washington Mill Park, 3311 Washington Mill Rd, Bellbrook Ohio.
