Coach Crawford filed this report from the Girls Lacrosse teams outing against Mariemont.

The Wyoming JV squad lost to Mariemont 2 to 13.  Goals came from Erin Broderick and Madelyn Taylor.  Both Claire Mellott and Grace Steiner recorded 5 saves each against a high powered Warrior offense.

The Varsity lost its first game of the season 5 to 7.  After a hard fought first half and leading 5 to 4, the Warriors added 3 more goals in the second half and Cowboys were unable to answer.  Emily Wadds recorded 7 saves for the game while scoring contributions came from Claire Crawford (2), Marielle Smith (1), Adi Smith (1), and Marta Stewart (1) with assists from Becky Denson and Marielle Smith.

Next up, a home game with Seven Hills on Monday, April 14.  The JV has the night off, but the Varsity plays at 6:00pm as the game is part of girls' youth lacrosse night.
