Wyoming Boys JV Soccer vs Amelia at HOME 10/11
Our last home game...
Both teams worked very hard the first half. A few shots taken, none on target for either team - first half ended 0-0.
Second half - Amelia fouled Wyoming in the box. Freshman, Trevor Payne took the PK and scored the only goal for Wyoming. Wyoming fouled Amelia and ditto another PK and the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
The JV team had a decent season and definitely improved their performance in the end. Their record was W 4, T 4, L 8 in the regular season. Thanks to everyone who helped volunteer for timing, concessions and ball boys. A BIG thanks to the coaches!!! See you next season.
Come out for the next Wyoming Mens Varsity Soccer tournament game - Thursday, Oct. 16th vs Western Brown at 7pm at WHS.
