Kara Pendery reports for the Girls Varsity Soccer team.

9/3/14 WYO @ Finneytown:
Wyoming Varsity Girls took on the Finneytown Wildcats on Wednesday 9/3.  The Cowboys brought home a well deserved victory of 4 to 0.  The four Wyoming goals were scored by Jules Snowden, Kayla Hampton (2) and Olivia Ardo.

Wyoming JV played Northwest, instead of Finneytown on 9/3.
Wyoming JV beat Northwest 4 - 0.  Goals came from Lauren Metz (3) and Ava Schuehler.

9/6/14 WYO @ Summit Country Day:
Wyoming traveled to Summit Country Day on Saturday, 9/6.  It was a physical game that could have used a bit more help from the referee squad to keep the game in check.  The Cowboys played the Knights competitively but we walked away with a loss.  Wyoming lost two key players in the 2nd half, due to injuries. Senior Roslyn Rathbone and Senior Olivia Munneke.  Junior Olivia Ardo stepped up and went in goal for Munneke.  Wyoming and Summit remained scoreless with just under five minutes remaining in the game.  Summit had a great shot from the outside, high up in the net, to go ahead 1 - 0.

Wyoming JV lost 0 - 4 to Summit.

The Cowboys' next two games will be at home. Come out and cheer your Cowboys on!  We will meet Taylor on Wednesday, 9/10 and Withrow on Saturday, 9/13.  JV at 5:00 and VAR at 7:00.
