Cowboys Sting the Yellowjackets

Tracy Payne reported for the JV Boys Soccer team at their Tuesday, September 9th game at Taylor.

1st Half Highlights:
Freshman, Trevor Payne scored the 1st goal about 36 seconds into the game to start the Cowboys off.
Freshman, Declan Dunehew put a nice ball forward to Sophomore, Taylor Fleming for a 2nd goal.
The ball was taken all the way in by freshman, Yima Nyamor for a 3rd Cowboy goal. Freshman, Ian Hammersmith assisted Yima Nyamor's next goal for a total of 4. Sophomore, Nick Nance scored a goal from freshman, Trevor Payne's free kick outside the box to finish the 1st half 5-0 Wyoming Cowboys.

2nd Half Highlights:
At the beginning of the 2nd half Taylor Yellowjackets scored their first goal. Followed by a corner kick by freshman, Trevor Payne that resulted in an Own Goal from a Taylor defender. Junior, Sam Haward took a quick shot in the final 3rd and scored. Finally, another corner kick from freshman, Trevor Payne was on target and could not be stopped by the keeper. The final score was 8-1 for a huge win for the Wyoming Cowboys.
