On Wednesday, May 2, the WHS Girls LAX JV team defeated Ursuline Green at home, 7-4.
Goals were scored by Adi Smith (2), Kelsey Cramer (1), Lexie Miller (1), Carly Levick (1), Becky Denson (1) and Maggie Hughes (1). Assists were recorded by MJ Fischer (1), Marta Stewart (1) and Emily Wadds (1). Ali Vamosi amd Emily Wadds split time in the goal and combined for 8 goalie saves.
Next up: at home Friday vs. Centerville, JV at 6, Varsity at 7:15.
