Still Undefeated

Kara Pendery gets us up to speed with the 8th grade Boys Basketball team.
I have learned one very important thing during these cold winter months.  It's impossible to be fired from your volunteer job as a Middle School sports 'reporter' even when you don't submit a report!  I know, it was surprising to me too.  (Editor's Note - True, Kara's not getting fired, but we do have HR looking into some options. We're considering have her also become an investigative journalist and check into the mystery of the invisible HS Bowling team.) So, I am guessing you have all been wondering how the Middle School 8th grade basketball team has been doing this season?  Well, it may come as a surprise to a few, but not to the intelligent readership of this fine blog .... but they remain undefeated!!  The middle school boys' basketball teams have 3 games yet to be played, prior to the CHL tournament.  There is still time for you to come out and watch them play.  If you haven't made it out to see the new gym, you really need to.  Don't leave home without your booster card!
We have a great match-up on Wednesday, February 4th at HOME vs Mariemont. It will be another great game between these 2 teams.  Monday, February 9th they travel to Deer Park.

The game to watch will be Wednesday February 11th!  The Cowboys will host Reading for the final league game this year.  This is always a battle.  We would really like to see a big HOME crowd for their last home games.
Thanks to our un-fireable volunteer, Kara Pendery
