One Fast Five K

Friday, February 13th, William and Mary Junior All-American, Emily Stites (Wyoming '12 alumna) won the 5,000m race at the SPIRE Division I Invitational in Geneva, Ohio in "15:53.59, the third-fastest performance in school history and currently the 11th-fastest time in the NCAA.  That performance should, barring some incredible runs in the next two weeks, be enough to book Stites a return trip to the NCAA Championships."
