"SENIOR NIGHT!" you have to say that again in your head (or out loud) with your deepest, loudest, Cowboy Crazy voice.
The Cowboys came out strong and never let off and scored their second highest points of the season beating Mariemont 69-35.
More importantly, perhaps, the team turned out to honor their Seniors. The team earned enough leeway while still having their 2nd highest score that the seniors (alphabetically) Devon Davis, Walker Lewis, Nate Lowe and Hudson Rogers got to spend more game-time playing together than ever. They did the class of 2015 proud. The underclassmen did them proud too. The Cowboys out-rebounded Mariemont 34-22 and caused more turnovers, 12-8.
The Cowboys are losing much next year but the growing team depth shows the Cowboys program and upcoming leaders and talent are stable.
17-1 so far on the season. It's a great year to be a Cowboy and many more great years are in the works.
One problem I noticed: the gym may have a dust problem because I saw many watering eyes early in the Senior Night ceremony.
Thanks to Bryn Lewis for the great report, and
Thanks to Rod Apfelbeck for the sweet Senior Night shots.

And we'll have a talk with the maintenance staff about that dust.
