On Saturday, February 9th, the Girls' Basketball team finished up the regular season on the road. The girls suffered a 26-50 loss to CHL leader Maderia. Haley Stewart and Emily Wadds led the scoring for team with 8 points each. Haley also had 7 rebounds while Emily had 8 rebounds, 1 steal, and 4 blocks. Ashli O'Neal put up 7 points, 1 rebound, 1 steal, and 1 block. Marta Stewart had 2 points with 5 rebounds. Taylor Lovejoy finished up the scoring with a single point and 2 rebounds. Katie Sena didn't score any points, but she did have 3 rebounds and a steal. The girls end the season at 12-10 overall and 4th in the CHL at 9-5.
Both Morgan Cunningham and Ashli O'Neal finished in the top 5 in the CHL stats. Morgan made 5th place in Field Goal Percentage. She shot 40.9%. Ashli made 4th place in Steals with an average of 3 per game.
