The Wyoming doubles teams of Tess Thoresen-Ashley Berg and Madison Bourbon-Maddie Boster took 2nd and third place at the Division II sectional tournament which wrapped up Friday at Mason.
In the semifinals, Baxter-Dahmus (CHCA) defeated Madison and Maddie 6-2, 6-1; Tess and Ashley defeated Blackburn-Patterson (CCD) 6-3, 3-6, 6-0.
In the third place match, Madison and Maddie defeated Blackburn-Patterson 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 and in the finals Baxter-Dahmus defeated Tess and Ashley 6-3, 6-1.
The teams move on to districts next Thursday at Mason.
