The Roundup would like to welcome Travis Glendenning as the new Cross Country Head Coach for both the girls' and boys' teams. Coach Glendenning takes over from Dan Flaute, who departed to take over the Xavier University track and cross country programs.
Coach Glendenning is a teacher at the high school. His subjects include geography, history, and sociology. He graduated from Ohio University in 2005 and completed graduate work in political science at Miami University (M.A) and Georgetown University.
He has worked with the cross country teams for two years and has also been the assistant girls basketball coach for several years. "I am looking forward to working with a number of talented returning runners this fall," said Coach Glendenning. "Also, I'm very excited that Molly O'Brien, an accomplished former Wyoming runner, will join me as the assistant coach this season."
