Enquirer ALL-Stars Shine Bright in Wyoming

Below are the Cowboys included in the Fall Enquirer All-Stars List

FOOTBALL
Division III-IV Offense
QB: WILL MARTY: The senior threw for 1,946 yards and 25 touchdowns and also rushed for 549 yards and nine touchdowns in the regular season.

RB: TERRELL DAILEY: The senior was Division IV special mention all-state and first-team all-district. He rushed for 1,090 yards and 20 touchdowns and caught 33 passes for 302 yards and six touchdowns.

WR: DOMINIC VAMOSI: The senior had 41 receptions for 759 yards and eight touchdowns in the regular season.

OL: BO GRAHAM: The senior was Division IV second-team all-district.

Division III-IV Defense
DL: GRIFFIN O’GARA: The senior was Division IV second-team all-district.

LB: CASEY HOWELL: The senior had 84 tackles, 2.5 sacks and three fumble recoveries in the regular season.

DB: JALEN FOX: The senior was Division IV first team all-state and first-team all-district.

SAM PEASE: The junior was first-team all-district.

GIRLS TENNIS
Division II First Team
MADDIE BOSTER: The senior was a state doubles qualifier with Haley Thoresen, and second team all-GCTCA in singles.

HALEY THORESEN: The junior was a state doubles qualifier with Boster, and first team all-GCTCA in singles.

Division II Honorable Mention
Ellen Koesterman, Rachel Berg, Camille Wilson, Marie Lippert.

BOYS CROSS COUNTRY
DIVISIONS II-III RUNNER OF THE YEAR
BEN STITES: The junior was the Cincinnati Hills League and district champion and finished fifth at the Division II regional meet (16:25). He was sixth at the state meet (16:22) and was first-team all-state.

DIVISIONS II-III COACH OF THE YEAR
TRAVIS GLENDENNING: He led the Cowboys to back-to-back CHL titles and the team earned a fourth consecutive Division II district title. Wyoming finished fourth at state.

Division II-III First Team
IAN GOERTZEN: The senior is a three-time all-district selection who holds a personal record of 16:49. He was district runner-up.

MAX HOFFMAN: The junior was fifth at district, 25th at the regional meet and a member of the fourth-place state championship team.

GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
Division II-III First Team
TERRA FORSYTHE: The freshman was Division II district runner-up and 33rd at the regional meet.

Katie Spray, Whitley Elsass, Mallory Kline, Margaret Manley

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
DIVISION II PLAYER OF THE YEAR
MEGAN SCHNEIDER: The senior had 254 kills and 38 aces. She was the district player of the year.

DIVISION II COACH OF THE YEAR
JULIE PLITT: She led Wyoming to a district title and a regional semifinalist finish. She won her 300th career match in mid-September.

DIVISION II FIRST TEAM
KELSEY MAXWELL: The senior had 744 assists and 2,879 total for her career. She was first-team all-district.

JESSICA LEISH: The senior was first-team all-state. She had 121 kills. She has signed with Indiana.

Division II HONORABLE MENTION
Grace Schneider, Madi Maisel, Natalie Burchard,
Sara Edwards

BOYS SOCCER
DIVISION II FIRST TEAM
DREW WAYMAN: The senior defender had five goals and four assists. He was first-team all-Southwest Coaches’ Association.

RYAN DERGE: The senior midfielder had 13 goals and nine assists.

DIVISION II HONORABLE MENTION
Andrew Derge

DIVISION II FIRST TEAM
EMMA KLUG: The senior midfielder had five goals and two assists. She was second-team all-state.

KAYLA HAMPTON: The freshman forward had 14 goals and seven assists.
