The Wyoming Men’s Varsity soccer team took on Seven Hills on Saturday night. Despite the dreary weather the guys ended up giving us a really good game. Seven Hills is a tough team, but the Cowboys ended up scoring on them with a R. Derge to A. Derge combo for the GOAL! Goalie Marshall Hays and the defense kept Seven Hills scoreless the first half. But the second half, some confusion in front of the goal allowed Seven Hills to get one in the net. After that, although both teams fought hard, there would be no more goals.
Final score was Wyoming 1 – Seven Hills 1.
The final week of regular season games is this week with two home games; Tuesday against Reading (Senior Night) and Thursday against Turpin. Come on out and root the guys on to two more victories!
