It's Official

On Friday, August 30, the field at Bob Lewis Stadium was dedicated as the Bernie Barre Field.

 

Before the ceremony, there was a reception for former players in the cafeteria.

I wasn't there, I don't know exactly what went on, but I'm guessing there was a pick-up game of tackle through the hallways as evidenced by all those walking out with bandages and canes.

Obviously, a good time was had by all.

Congratulations, Mr. Barre.
