Did you see the following Mike Dyer preview of Friday's Football game at Turpin?
What to Watch: Wyoming, ranked No. 1 in The Enquirer’s Division IV area coaches’ poll, scored 43 points in the first quarter of a 49-0 victory against Aiken last week. Senior quarterback Will Marty completed all five of his pass attempts for 129 yards and two touchdowns while senior running back Terrell Dailey ran for 97 yards and scored on four of his seven carries. Dailey also caught an 8-yard touchdown pass. Turpin lost to Withrow in the Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown. The Spartans have defeated Wyoming the past three seasons. “Turpin is aggressive on defense and has a powerful run game on offense,” Wyoming coach Aaron Hancock said. Winning the turnover battle will be key, he added. “We want to get turnovers on defense and put the ball in the hands of our playmakers on offense,” Hancock said.
