A Wyoming Fall Tradition …

A Wyoming Fall Tradition …
Wyoming Athletic Boosters Super Saturday Event
August 17th
It’s a true sign that school is almost starting…. the fall sports teams have begun practicing and the annual fall tradition of the Athletic Booster Super Saturday event is nearing! Starting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday August 17th, Wyoming High School Student-Athletes will once again be combing the city, knocking on doors asking for your support.
Each year the Super Saturday event is the Athletic Boosters largest fund raiser. The funds raised represent 60% of the overall athletic budget for our students. All monies collected go directly to support the various sports teams at both the High School and Middle School. In past years, the Boosters have been able to fund everything from new uniforms and soccer nets to scholarships for deserving graduating seniors. This all wouldn’t happen without the great support from all of the Wyoming residents.
Supporting our student-athletes through the Boosters can be done in multiple ways. Booster memberships come at various levels: Cattleman ($2,000), Super Booster ($225) and Empty Nester ($125). Membership gets you admission to all home sporting events throughout the year. New this year, Cattleman will have reserved parking for events held at Bernie Barre field. Residents can also support our student-athletes by making a monetary donation in any amount. Student-Athletes will have all the details to share when they visit you on the 17th. If you are not home, the information will be left at your door.
Look for our student-athletes in their uniforms on the 17th. We thank you for all your support each year. On Wyoming!
