Boys' basketball loses thriller to Mariemont

The boys' basketball team lost 54-52 last night in a great basketball game.  If you missed it, you missed out.

Mariemont jumped out to a 16-5 lead at the end of the first quarter but we fought back in the 2nd to tie it at 22 at the half.  We lead much of the second half and the score was tied at 50 and 52 but Mariemont made two free throws with 5 seconds left and we were forced to shoot a desperation shot at the buzzer which didn't go.

Chris Campbell led Wyoming with 15 points, followed by Eric Price with 12 (including a couple of dunks in the fourth quarter that really fired up the Student section) and Adam Crider with nine (all on three pointers).  Tony Davis and Ben Kurtz added seven each.

The boys are now 11-6 overall, 6-5 in the CHL.
