With top scorer Lonnie Grayson out for several weeks with a broken finger on his shooting hand sustained in a practice mishap, the Cowboys are a different team.  Purcell Marian scored an easy 61-42 win (Tuesday, Jan. 12) on their court as they converted on 25 of 45 shots, including 6 3's.

JV

The JV's, down 24-3 after the first quarter, outscored Purcell Marian 32-22 the remainder of the game.  Too little. too late.  Highlight was a magnificent dunk by Purcell's Aaron Garrett, a 6'5" freshman.  When's the last time you saw a freshman dunk a ball?
