Senior Wide Receiver Ben Kurtz was nominated for the Ohio National Guard Player of the Week in Ohio. His 13 receptions for 301 yards (both school records and the 301 yards ranks 8th in the state all-time) helped Wyoming defeat Deer Park 41-12.

Winners will be announced Thursday afternoon and will receive an award from the
Ohio National Guard during an in-school presentation (to be scheduled at a later
date between the school and ONG).

At the end of the year, the weekly winners will be entered into a competition
for the Team & Player of the Year. That voting will take place over four weeks
during the playoffs.
