The girls basketball team improved its record to 11-3, 8-2 in the CHL, with a 54-25 win over Mariemont at home last night. Nikki McKee again led the way for the Cowboys with 23 points, 21 of which came in the first half. More impressive still was that she went 10-11 from the field, 7-7 inside the arc and 3-4 beyond it. She also had six rebounds and five steals.
Joining her in double figures were sophomores Michelle Jolson and Emily Fraik, each chipping in 10 points. Jane Streeter was Ms. Windex, grabbing 10 rebounds.
