Bowling had busy week

It was a busy week for the boys and girls bowling teams.  Monday the boys were unable to rally to beat the St Xaxier bombers but took out their frustrations on Summit CCD with an 800 point difference.

On Thursday, the boys lost a close match to one of the top ranked teams in the city, Colerain, by only 17 pins.  This is the best match the boys have shot in the history of the program rolling a 2,780 even with the short illness of starter Josh Hite.

On Friday the boys trounced Clark with both Brett Callaghan and Jack Meier bowling varsity due to illness on the team and doing a great job.

The girls team continues to rapidly improve and won their first match on Friday. Powerhouse Allix Hillenbrand continues to lead the girls team with a high score of 180, but Michelle Whaley is closing in fast with a 193 game. The girls also set a school record on Friday with a 221 baker game.  (Don't know what a baker game is?  You're not keeping up with the blog.)

On Monday the Cowboys go to the Baker Bash Tourney in Beavercreek and Tuesday face a top ranked Fairfield team.
