You Need to Warm Up Too

Spring sports are getting ready to bloom.  Will you be ready?  You've had a long cold Winter of dry scratchy throats and big heavy coats.  You're kidding yourself if you think you're just going to step into the stands at any home opener and be able to cheer like a maniac.  If by some chance you eyes will be able to focus on the action on the field instead of being blinded by that big yellow thing in the sky that you haven't seen for awhile, your voice will give out 13 minutes in and, not being used to the weightlessness of being free from that heavy coat, your arms will flail uncontrollably spilling your neighbors tasty concessions everywhere.  You'll be pretty embarrassed.  You need a pre-season too.  A chance to adjust your eyes to natural light, let the pipes warm-up, and regain some muscle control.   The Girls Lacrosse team is offering you the opportunity to do just that.
Wyoming Girls Lacrosse 2015 preseason action opens this Saturday, March 14th at Sycamore HS with games starting at 12:40 against Anderson, 1:40 Sycamore, 3:20 Beavercreek, and 4:20  Bishop Fenwick.    On Sunday, March 15th, the team will be hosting Ballard HS from Louisville, Ky, JV scrimmage starts at noon and Varsity plays at 1:00
