We had a good day at the Mill course yesterday (Friday Sept. 20), a great way to end the regular season. We defeated McNick 207 to 221. Sam Pease shot a season best 40 to be the medalist and everyone contributed to the win. It has been an exceptionally rewarding season from my stand point, I’ve seen all our players improve their game, respecting their competitors and playing with integrity. Yes, and we had some fun along the way.
The girls compete in the Sectional Tournament on Monday at Hamilton Elks. Sounds like a great reason to skip work, uhm, I mean take a personal day.
