Wyoming High School is pleased to announce its participation in a new Sports Concussion Management Program.
Thanks to a partnership with Group Health Associates and TriHealth, Wyoming student-athletes will have access to the Heads Count Sports Concussion Management Program. The Heads Count program focuses on student-athletes and the impact concussions can have on them, now and into the future.
With the Heads Count program (www.headscount.org), Board-certified physiatrists (experts in physical medicine and injury rehabilitation) are available to help provide a structured process for a safe return to play.
Led by Group Health Associates physiatrists Sanjiv Lakhia and TriHealth Sports Medicine manager Greg Lynn, Heads Count is the most comprehensive program to address sports-related concussions in the Cincinnati area.
Please see the Introduction Letter that will be shared with the Wyoming Community and Press Release that has been sent local media outlets.
Please feel free to call me or e-mail me if you have any questions.
