The Boys Varsity Golf team concluded its season on Monday afternoon with a hard fought victory over St. Xavier and Elder. The final score of the match was Wyoming 158 – St. Xavier 160 – Elder 181.  Match medalist was Wyoming Junior Cooper Hausfeld who shot an even par 36.  Freshman Dylan Stevens shot 39, senior Sam Marty shot 40 and junior Jack Fischer shot 43 to round out the scoring for the Cowboys.  Wyoming finishes the year with a record of 16 – 7, including an undefeated record in the CHL on the way to earning its 3rd league title in the last 4 seasons.

As for the post season, Sam Marty earned a spot in the Division II District tournament by shooting 80 at the Sectional tournament last week.  Sam will be playing for a chance to move on to the State Championship in Columbus.  Sam tees off at 10:40 AM this Thursday 10/8 @ Weatherwax Golf Course in Middletown.
