Girls' basketball downs Woodward

The girls' basketball team recognized its seniors Thursday night and celebrated with a 51-19 win over Woodward.

Kathryn Policastro had 11 points, five rebounds and two blocked shots.

Shannon O'Hara led all scorers with 16 points and pulled down seven rebounds.

Mary Tess Irvine went 4-4-4, points, rebounds and assists.

Michelle Jolson had 10 assists, eight points and four steals.

Clara Rodrigue had five steals, four rebounds and two points.

The girls wrap up the regular season at 15-5, 11-3 in the CHL.

Next up: first round tourney action against McNick next Wednesday at 7:30 at Withrow.  Tickets are available at the athletic office.  Remember - when you buy local, the tickets are fresher and sustainable.
