Wrestlers win 9th Annual Wyoming Duals
The wrestling team won the icy Wyoming Duals on Saturday. This is their first win since the inaugural 2004 event.
In order, they defeated:
Finneytown 76-0
Loveland B 81-0
Miamisburg B 41-39
Mt. Healthy 64-12
Madiera 51-16
The following Wyoming wrestlers were 5-0:
Mikey Gonzalez
Aluor Nyamor (hard to photograph because of the speed with which he pins his opponents - for example, 11 seconds in one of his matches yesterday)
Adam Blum

Also, congratulations to the following wrestlers for nearing or reaching career milestones:
Aluor, who earned his 50th career win over the weekend.
Adam, who earned his 80th career win over the weekend.
Corbin Guggenheim, who earned his 80th career win over the weekend.
Mikey's next win will be his 90th career win. He should earn it on Saturday when the Cowboys wrestle at Miami Trace.
Finally, congratulations to head coach Brian Pitman, now the all-time winningest wrestling coach in Wyoming history. He surpassed Tom Ritz with the win over Mt. Healthy.
