The State of Ben Stites

On November 3rd, Ben Stites ran as an individual at the State Cross Country Meet held at the National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio.  While there, he cranked out another personal best with his time of 16:34.10.  He was in 51st place at the 1 mile mark, and he was in 47th place at the 2 mile mark, and then moved up to 38th place by the finish.
