Nikki McKee had 32 points to lead the Cowboys, with Mary Tess Irvine and Hailee Schlager adding nine each.
Rounding out the scoring were Michelle Jolson with seven and Clara Rodrigue with two.
The girls actually trailed at half, 24-22, but put together a 21-4 third quarter that pretty much put the game away.
The team is now 12-2 (9-1) on the season.
