Boys' Golf 2nd at Mariemont Invitational

Friday, the WHS Boy’s Varsity Golf Team finished 2^nd out of seven teams competing in the Mariemont Invitational held @ Maketewah Country Club.

Led by freshman Sam Marty’s 79, the Cowboys shot a team total of 330, finishing a very close 2^nd to Mariemont (326 total).   Sam was named to the All-Tournament team for his efforts.

Other scores for the Cowboys included Junior Henry Moore with an 80, Junior Chris Betagole with an 82 and Sophomore Johnny Hughes with an 89.   Senior Max Wiethe posted a 94 and Junior Michael Montgomery posted a 95.
