Running Up To Columbus

Four of our runners qualified for the State Track Meet at Jesse Owens Stadium in Columbus.  Ben Stites won the 1600m run with a time of 4:23.06 in one of the closest and most exciting finishes of the day.  Terrell Dailey II finished third in the 300m hurdles in a season best 39.73.  Jalen Fox finished fourth in the 100m dash and Max Hoffman finished fourth in the 3200m run, turning in his best time of 9:49.19.  They will compete next Friday/Saturday.  The OHSAA has posted the full meet schedule HERE.

Also placing in the top 8 and earning team points and a podium finish were Kolan Livingston (discus), Boys 4x100 relay (Dailey II, Brunke, Darlington, Fox), and Boys 4x800 relay (Cramer, Goertzen, Hoffman, Stites).
